RE: New COVID Directive from the Governor

Employees,

Hampshire County will continue to follow the guidance set forth by the Governor’s Office in order to make our workplace safe for all employees and reduce the spread of the coronavirus. Today, Governor Justice released an indoor face covering requirement which takes effect Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 12 AM. This mandate requires that all West Virginians to wear a face covering in all confined indoor spaces where social distancing cannot be maintained. Therefore, until further notice all Hampshire County employees should follow this mandate when working in our school buildings.
