"Most loyal fan of Hampshire County Athletics"
4-year starter on the Pioneer Football team
1936 All-Potomac Valley & Honorable Mention WV All-State Team
As owner of the Romney Rexall gave milkshakes to athletes
Always "predicted" the scores of the football games in favor of Hampshire County teams
Died following a HHS football game at Keyser in 1984

"His firm, Howard Cannon Excavation Company, donated $50,000 of work in one week to build the Trojans baseball diamond - then considered one of the nicest fields in the Eastern Panhandle"

John Corbin
RHS Class of 1959
"Coached in Hampshire County Little League for more than 40 years"
His Cubs teams had 4 undefeated Little League seasons
Long-time champion bowler
Placed 7th in the ABC National Tournament in Reno out of 104,000 bowlers - 1977
Won Gold Medal (and led all bowlers - 1,717 pins in 8 games) with Team USA in the Pan-American Games - 1977

"Loyal fan, supporter and announcer since graduation"
Now the “Voice of the Trojans” on radio for every football game since 2011
Attended every football game for 17 years in a row
Before moving to the radio, announced football and basketball games live at HHS
Coached Biddy Buddy for many years
