New Student Enrollment Information

Parents/guardians of prospective students should call the school to schedule an appointment with the counselor to enroll their child/children. At this time, one of the counselors will advise the prospective student about courses of study and other pertinent information.

Completion of an enrollment packet which includes all of the informational forms below is also required. Prior to enrollment at the school you will need:

  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of social security card
  • Proof of residency
  • Report card/grade report from last school
  • IEP from last school, if applicable
  • Immunization record
  • Proof of guardianship/custody
  • Verification that student is not suspended from previous school

 Check Student Health Info for information about the medication adminstatrion policy and forms.

If transferring from an out-of-state school, proof of a completed PPD/Tine test result is also required. This may be obtained from the Hampshire County Health Department; Ph: (304) 496-9640

Attention Students & Parents: Hampshire High School Credit Recovery Summer 2016 starts June 9 Any student who has received a transcripted failing grade for a semester and/or year in a core subject or health may enroll in summer credit recovery program. It will run June 9 through June 28, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Read full details....

FREE Meals Available for Anyone 18 or Under This Summer Breakfast available at 8:30 and lunch at 11:30 from June 27-July 29 at both Slanesville and Romney Elementary Schools in conjunction with Energy Express. From August 2-12 meals will be available at HHS at the same times in conjunction with Sports Camp. Summer Menus
