[ARCHIVED] Health Dept. to Offer Required Vaccinations for 7th & 12th Graders & COVID Vaccinations for 16 & Up

Parent/Guardian Vaccination Reminders:

The Hampshire County Health Dept will be returning to the high school & both middle schools on May 18th to offer the required school vaccinations for incoming 7th & 12th grade students (see information below) with parent permission. Permission Forms are available on-line (below) or from the School Nurse. For questions or more information, please see your School Nurse. They will not be there on May 4th as previously announced to allow the recommended time to pass between the COVID vaccinations and these other vaccines for those getting both types.

Students 16 & up that have signed up will be receiving the COVID vaccinations at the high school on April 9th and 30th. Appointments are currently being scheduled by the Health Dept. at 304-496-960.  Permission Forms are also available on-line (below) from the Health Dept or from the School Nurse.
