The Health Dept. will be giving vaccinations as follows:
Monday, Sept. 19 - Student Flu Vaccines at HHS, CBMS, and RMS
Thursday, Oct. 13 - Flu Shots at CBE for CBE & CBMS 4-6pm
Monday, Oct. 17 - Flu Vaccines for all Staff except CBE & CBMS
Nurses will have forms for everyone prior to these dates. Currently the two middle schools and high school have the student forms only.
