Request HHS Transcripts by emailing Mr. Nichols or Mrs. Anderson or call 304-822-5016, Ext. 1008 or 1009 during school hours 8 - 3:30 when school is in session from late August through early June. You will need to provide your graduation name and year and the name and address to which you wish to have the transcript sent.
Note: Hampshire High does not participate in online transcript request services. Please do not attempt to request your transcript through Parchment, FormsTemplates, RocketLawyer, LegalTemplates, pdfFiller, FormsLaw or any other website claiming to order high school transcripts for you.
